Committees plan local programs that highlight our mission, collection, exhibitions, and activities. Each exhibition, held every few years, focuses on a specific medium or theme chosen by NMWA\u2019s curators and features underrepresented women artists from each committee\u2019s respective region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<section id=\"text-image-cta_block_b7ab714423aa75f37250793b5245b8d1\" class=\"text-image-cta  large-offset-1 \">\n\n\t<div class=\"grid-x\">\n\t\t<div class=\"cell  large-6 text-side\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"featured-title\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>New Worlds: Women to Watch 2024<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"featured-copy\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>In partnership with 28 committees in the US and other countries, the museum presents the seventh and largest installment of the <em>Women to Watch<\/em> series. <em>New Worlds<\/em> gathers work by visionary artists across the globe who are reimagining the past, presenting alternate realities, and inspiring audiences to create different futures.
